What you are buying

The Thai Kitchen Bible is a digital book, delivered as a PDF file. Nothing is shipped. Delivery is immediate, by download link and email from Gumroad, once payment completes.

Your licence

Your purchase is a personal, non-transferable licence to read, keep and print the book for your own use, including for the people you cook for. Copyright in the text remains with Ploy Boonmee. Please do not redistribute, resell, upload or republish the file, in whole or in part. Brief quotations in a review are welcome.

Revisions

Purchasers of the First Edition receive future revisions of that edition at no additional cost, sent to the email address used at checkout.

Payment

Payment is taken and processed by Gumroad, whose terms apply to the transaction itself. Prices are shown in US dollars. Questions about a charge should go to Gumroad or to the address on the contact page.

What the book is, and is not

It is a cookery book. It makes no claim of any kind about health, nutrition or the treatment of any condition, and it is not a substitute for advice from a qualified professional. Fish sauce and shrimp paste appear throughout, including in recipes where they are not visible in the finished dish; readers with a fish or shellfish allergy should read labels closely. Where pastes, sauces and stocks are stored or frozen, follow the hygiene and keeping steps in the chapter exactly; when a jar looks or smells wrong, discard it. Cooking involves hot oil, open flame and sharp knives, and your kitchen remains yours to run safely.

Prices quoted in the book

Ingredient prices were current at Thai and general Asian groceries in the United States in March 2026 and will drift over time. Brand names appear because the author cooks with them; no brand has paid for a mention, and the author has no commercial relationship with any company named in the book.
